门脉高压症巨脾T、B淋巴细胞和巨噬细胞的免疫组化及形态测量学分析 被引量:4

摘要 为了判断其免疫功能有无改变,了解巨脾内T、B和巨噬细胞在数量上、分布上以及形态方面有无变化,变化有无规律,相互间以及同巨脾纤维化的轻重之间有无内在联系。本实验进行了门脉高压巨脾T、B和巨噬细胞的免疫组化及形态测量学分析。结果表明:(1)与正常脾相比,巨脾三种细胞均有显著降低,这种降低主要在病理Ⅱ、Ⅲ级巨脾,而Ⅰ级巨脾无显著降低;(2)不同部位的同种细胞降低程度不同,其中以边缘区变化最为突出,三种细胞均有显著降低;(3)边缘区三种细胞的改变彼此间关系不同,T、B之间呈直线相关,但二者与巨噬细胞之间不呈直线相关。 In order to make a better understanding of the splenomegaly histologic features for different degree fibrosis, the study investigated reticular fibers changes of splenomegaly basis on previous study of collagen and elastic fibers in splenomegaly. The reticular fibers were stained with silver using Gorden-Swect's method, and the qualitative evaluations were made by a morphological-histometric study, IBM/PC computer for treatment of data and some special statistical analysis,such as Q type systemic clustering analysis and linear correlation analysis. The purpose of the study is to make a synthetical classification, which can exhibit the proliferation condition of three type fibers. The result show some special characters of proliferation: ( 1 ) the red pulp were included first; (2)the fibers selectively embedded endo-thelial cells and ( 3 ) the white pulp were involved later. Statistical analysis confirmed that there are some linear relations between three fibers. The study selected three quantities as a standard, (criteria),dividing the splenomegaly to Ⅰ ~Ⅲ classes. Some questions about it are discussed.
