摘要
采用文献资料、观察对比法及理论分析 ,对比蒙、刘易斯 ,鲍威尔 3位世界超级明星的跳远技术进行研究 ,结果发现起跳前倾式离板是他们的共同特征。分析认为 ,前倾式离板技术有助于加速上板、正心用力集中、摆动及缓冲积极、同时对空中和落地技术也提出了更高的要求。
Long jump skills of three world super stars as Beamon, Lewis and Powell were studied with methods of document analysis, observation, comparison and theoretical analysis. The results indicated that: 1. All the three jumpers have the same characteristics of a leaning forward takeoff; 2. This kind of skill has the advantage of strong speeding up, effective strength concentrating, active swinging and safe cushioning, which are the keys to improve long jumper's skill although asking for higher demand on the flight and landing of the jumper.
