摘要
本文研究了由Ti(SO4 ) 2 水解制得的纳米TiO2 粉体的热稳定性以及掺杂La、Ce和Zr后其热稳定性影响的变化规律。发现锐钛矿相晶体的生成对样品的比表面积有较大的影响 ,而通过掺杂可对此产生抑制作用 ,从而提高TiO2 的热稳定性。文中就不同掺杂离子的影响机理进行了讨论。
Nanometer titanium dioxide prepared by hydrolysis of Ti(SO 4) 2 was doped with La,Ce and Zr elements by impregnating TiO 2 powder in the solution of corresponding metal salts. Effect of doping on the transition from amorphous to anatase was investigated and possible mechanism for the improvement on thermal stability by the dopants was discussed.
