摘要
以天然橡胶和吸水树脂 (聚丙烯酸钠 )为主要原料 ,以含聚氧化乙烯嵌段的亲水亲油型多嵌段共聚物为增容剂 ,以活性陶土为补强剂 ,利用多组分机械共混技术 ,制备了遇水膨胀橡胶 ;从吸水动力学数据出发 ,研究了重量吸水率与增容剂含量、吸水树脂含量之间的关系 ;对遇水膨胀橡胶吸水前后的力学性能进行了测试。结果表明 。
Taking the natural rubber and water absorption resin (sodium polyacrylic) as the main feedstock, and the hydrophilic-lipophilic type multi-block copolymer containing polyethylene oxide block as the compatibility-increasing agent, and the reactive porcelain clay as the strengthening agent, the water encounter swelling rubber is made using the technology of multi-component mechanical blending. From the view of point of kinetic of water absorption, the influence relation of the compatibility-increasing agent volume and water absorption resin on weight water absorption rate was investigated, mechanical properties of the water encounter swelling rubber before and after water absorption were tested. The result indicated that the compatibility-increasing agent addition could obviously change the water absorption performance and the mechanical properties for the water encounter swelling rubber.
