摘要
本文报道了我国木耳属植物的分布 ;子实体的营养成分 ;活性物质 -多糖的生理功能。讨论了开发利用木耳属植物资源的问题 。
The nutritional composition,physiological action and distribution of Auricularia in this paper. The problems in utilizing Auricularia in China were discussed. The utilizing proposition were put forward.
