摘要
创新是知识经济的突出特征,培养大学生的创新精神也理所当然地成为知识经济的必然要求。高等教育要成为国家创新体系中的重要方面军,就必须积极培养大学生的创新精神,尤其要在如下基本点下足功夫:组建高素质的教师队伍;深化教学改革;注重学生科研素质、创新思维的培养,充分尊重与发挥学生的创新个性;鼓励学生积极参加社会实践。
The development of the innovative sp irit of university students constit utes an inevitable reqirement of knowledge e-conomy.In order to make higher education a main force in the state scienti fic and technological innovation sy stem,we must take vigorous action to develop university studentsinnovative spirit,cen tering on the following basic points:(1)building a strong contingent of teachers;(2)deepening teaching reform;(3)attaching importance to the cultiva tion of studentsinnovative psy-chology,scientific research quality and innovative thinking;valuing and giving scope to studentsinnova tive individuality;(4)encouraging students to take an active part in social practice.
