摘要
目的 :检测隐 -股静脉瓣膜功能在下肢静脉曲张中的变化。方法 :2 5 8例下肢静脉曲张患者 ,共 30 8条患肢 ,通过多普勒超声技术检查 ,深静脉顺行造影 ,对隐 -股静脉瓣膜及深静脉瓣膜功能进行测试。结果 :下肢静脉曲张隐 -股静脉瓣膜功能不全平均阳性率 90 .14 % ,仅有隐 -股静脉瓣膜功能不全平均阳性率 16 .11%。结论 :隐 -股静脉瓣膜功能不全仅是下肢静脉曲张的一种常见病理变化 ,下肢静脉曲张手术时重点要纠正深静脉瓣膜功能不全 ,但不能忽视隐 -股静脉瓣膜功能不全处理。
Objective:To detect changes of function of saphenous-femoral vein valve.Methods:Valve of saphenous-femoral vein in 258 patients with varicosis of lower limb(308 lower limbs)were detected by Doppler ultrasound technique,ascending venography of deep veins of lower limb.Results:Mean positive rate of valvular incompetence of the saphenous-femoral vein was 90.14%.Conclusion:Valvular incompetence of the saphenous-femoral vein was a pathologic change with high incidence,and it was very important to redress valvular incompetence of deep veins but not to neglect to correct valvular incompetence of saphenous-femoral vein during operation.
