摘要 本文概述了胺硝基物选择氧化还原羰基化生成脲的新工艺路线。对催化剂体系、羰基化反应机理和反应的选择性作了比较全面的评述 ,着重介绍了金属钯和非金属硒催化的选择氧化还原羰基化反应合成对称脲、非对称脲和环脲 。 A new process for the synthesis of ureas based on the selective redox carbonylation of amine and nitro compounds was described. The mechanism of carbonylation, the catalyst systems, the reaction selectivity were comprehensively reviewed. The synthesis of symmetric ureas, unsymmetric ureas and cyclic ureas by palliadium-catalyzed or selenium-catalyzed were emphasized. The perspective in their applications was also discussed.
