琼脂糖凝胶大分子在陶瓷原位凝固成型中的应用 被引量:54

摘要 研究了一种新的陶瓷原位凝固成型方法,其原理是依据琼脂糖凝胶大分子在水溶液中加热时溶解,冷却时凝固这一物理变化.对于固相体积分数大于50%陶瓷悬浮体中引入约1%(质量分数)琼脂糖大分子,即可凝胶注模进行各种形状复杂的陶瓷部件成型,获得表面光洁、内部孔隙尺寸和密度分布均匀的陶瓷坯体,并烧结出均匀致密内部无明显缺陷的涡轮转子等异型部件. A new kind of in_situ consolidation molding process was investigated. The process is based on combination of slurry casting and physical change of agarose gel, in which agarose molecules dissolve in warm water and gelation occurs during cooling. The ceramic suspension containing more than 50%(in volume) solids loading and about 1%(in mass) agarose can be cast and molded various completed_shape parts. The green bodies have smooth surface, and density and pore size are homogeneously distributed inside the body. After sintering, dense complex_shape parts with no defect such as turbine rotor were successfully produced.
