摘要
选取抚顺石油二厂的污水处理曝气池中的活性污泥作为菌源 ,以氯苯为降解的底物 ,经过驯化和筛选 ,成功地分离出了 4株对氯苯有较好降解能力的菌株FY0 1、FY0 2、FY0 3、FY0 4。经过对这 4种微生物的鉴定 ,初步鉴定菌株FY0 1和FY0 4属于假单胞杆菌属 (Pseudomonas) ,而FY0 2与FY0 3属于芽孢杆菌属 (Bacillus)。经 48h的培养 ,发现在这 4株菌株中FY0 4对氯苯的降解效果最好 ,达到了 5 2 .4% ,其次是FY0 1达到 47.2 % ,而FY0 2、FY0 3的降解率分别为 44 .8%和 42 .6 %。而 4株菌株的混合菌株对氯苯的降解率达到了 6 7.8%。试验结果表明混合菌株对氯苯的降解能力要优于单一菌株对氯苯的降解能力。
Four stains (FY01,FY02,FY03,FY04), with good ability of grading chlorobenzene were isolated from activated sludge chosen from Fushun No.2 Petroleum Refinery's biochemical aeration tank. The test result of four strains shows that the strains FY01 and FY04 are Pseudomonas, while the strains FY02 and FY03 are Bacillus.In the four strains FY04 has the best biodegradable percentage (52.4%). The biodegradable ratios of FY01,FY02 and FY03 are 47.2% ,44.8% and 42.6% respectively. And the biodegradable ratio of the mixed strains reaches 67.8%.The results show that mixed stains have better ability of biodegrading chlorobenzene than the single strain. The stains can be used in the next research to biodegrading chlorobenzene.
