摘要 研究了两种MgO含量PSZ陶瓷的机械性能与电镜组织。含7.98mol%MgO的试样,在烧结温度下有一部分四方相,冷却过程完全转变为单斜相。其中出现贯穿晶粒的孪晶,与晶界接触处出现较宽的微裂纹,对强韧化不利。 TEM morphology and mechanical properties of two Mg-PSZ ceramics were investigated. The samples of 7.98 mol % MgO was two phases, cubic and tetragonal, at the sinter temperature. The tetragonal phase was coarse and transformed totally into monoclinic one with martensitic mechanism during cooling. Inside the monoclinic particles, there were twins developing from boundary to boundary, where appeared wide microcracks with little toughening effect.
