橘红丸中苦杏仁苷的定性、定量分析方法的研究 被引量:17

摘要 目的 建立橘红丸中苦杏仁苷的定性、定量分析方法。方法 采用薄层色谱法对橘红丸中苦杏仁苷进行定性鉴别 ;并用高效液相色谱法测定苦杏仁苷的含量。结果 在橘红丸薄层色谱中 ,展开剂 :为氯仿 甲醇 冰醋酸 水 (2 0∶10∶3∶1) ,可清晰检出苦杏仁苷斑点 ;HPLC测定橘红丸中苦杏仁苷含量 ,苦杏仁苷线性范围 1.1~ 18.0 μg (r =0 .9998) ,平均回收率为97.3%(RSD =2 .8% ) ,灵敏度高 ,结果准确 ,重现性好。结论 方法简便可行 。 OBJECTIVE: To establish the chemical analytical methods for the determination of amygdalin in Juhong pill. METHODS: Amygdalin in Juhong pill was qualitively and quantitatively analyzed by TLC and HPLC method respectively. RESULTS: The TLC chromatogram of amygdalin in Juhong pill was obtained with good separation. The mobile phase was consisted of chloroform-methanol-acetic acid-water(20:10:3:1). The quantitative analysis of amygdalin in Juhong pill was developed by HPLC with the linear range from 1.1 to 18.0 μg (r = 0.9998) and the mean recovery of 97.3% (RSD = 2.8%). CONCLUSION: The simple, rapid and reliable methods are helpful for the quality control of Juhong pill.
