摘要
采用荧光显微检测技术,对甘薯杂交不亲和群的 A,B,C 和各群中品种自交和同群内品种间杂交组合授粉后7h 的雌蕊进行压片观察,发现花粉在柱头上的粘附量同花粉与柱头的相对亲和性程度相一致;柱头乳突细胞的胼胝质反应的强度在某些组合上同花粉与柱头的不亲和程度一致,在另外的组合中却不一致,柱头乳突细胞的胼胝质拒绝反应不能作为检验甘薯花粉与柱头亲和性定性和定量的一般性指标;在品种自交和群内品种间杂交时,既有花粉萌发的障碍,也有花粉萌发后的障碍,用雌蕊快速染色法分群时,必须参照最后的结实率数值。
Fluorescence microscopry was adopted to study the characteristics of the self- and cross-incompatibility in sweet potato. Pollen germination was inhibited on the incompatible stigmas and post-pollen-germina- tion barries existed.The amount of pollen grains stuck on the stigmatic papillae and that of pollen tubes on the stigma(after a series of preparations)agreed with the relative intensity of incompatibility between pollen and stigma,whereas the callose rejection in papillae did not al- ways agree with the pollen-stigma incompatibility.More detailed work should be done before the callose rejection response can be used as a standard and accurate diagnostic tool.
