摘要
通过与西方发达国家社会保障制度的对比 ,阐述了目前我国社会保障体系的现状及其不适应的方面 ,论述了在我国尽快建立健全社会保障制度体系的必要性 ,即社会保障制度是市场经济运行的稳定器、是社会化大生产的重要保证。
By the comparison with the westem developed countries in the system of the social security, this essay presnts both the current social security situation and also set forth the necessity and feasibility for building and improving the system of the social security.The social secwrity system is the major part of socialist market economy.
