摘要
传统的燃煤电厂或燃气电厂能源利用率较低,为了提高能源利用率,采用燃气分布式能源系统实现能源的梯级利用。通过冷、热、电负荷指标分析及能量平衡计算,分别介绍了楼宇型和区域型这2种典型的分布式能源系统;通过对其运行策略比较分析,对这2种不同类型能源系统进行投资估算和经济效益分析;研究系统边界条件和投资收益率,得出这2种典型系统在气价、电价和热价的合理范围内,系统全部投资财务内部收益率达到8%,具有较高的经济效益;此外,还对分布式能源系统的社会效益和环境效益作了分析,得出其在提升能源利用率、削峰填谷和节能减排方面相对于其他能源系统的优越性和灵活性。
Traditional coal-fired power plants or gas-fired power plants have relatively high pollution and low energy efficiency, while gas-fired distributed energy systems can realize energy cascade utilization and high energy efficiency. Through the load index such as cooling, heat and electricity and and energy balance calculation, this paper separately introduces two typical distributed energy systems including building type and regional type;under different running strategies, analyzes the investment estimation and economic benefit of two types of energy systems. The boundary condition and the rate of return on investment are also analyzed and conclude that within a reasonable range of the price of natural gas, electricity and heat, the total investment financial internal rate of return of the system is up to 8% and has superior economic benefit. In addition, the social benefit and environmental benefit of distributed energy system are also analyzed, it is concluded that the system has advantage and flexibility in improving energy efficiency, peak shaving and valley filling, energy conservation and emission reduction compared to other energy systems.
