摘要
文章主要对固定化费氏丙酸菌增菌的培养基和培养条件进行了研究。通过实验确定了固定化丙酸菌Pf 007在摇瓶培养条件下最佳增菌培养基配方:乳酸1.5%,蔗糖0.58%,酵母膏4.4%,Ca.CO30.5%,玉米浆1.5%,pH值7.6;确定最佳增菌培养条件:3%接种量,装液量为250 ml三角瓶装液25 ml,发酵温度35℃,180 r/min培养24 h。与原始条件相比,发酵液活菌数由3.1×1010 cfu/ml,提高到8.1×1010 cfu/ml,提高62%,效果显著。
Enrichment medium and culture conditions of immobilized propionibacterium freudenreichii were investigated in this research.The fermentation condition for increasing microbic count was determined:lactic acid 1.5%, sucrose 0.58%, yeast extract 4.4%, CaCO3 0.5%, corn steep liquor 1.5%, culture temperature35 ℃, initial pH 7.6, liquid medium volumes 25 ml/250 ml, inoculated volumes 3%, rotated speed 180 r/min,fermentation time 24 h. Under the optimal fermentation condition, the microbic count of fermented broth in.creased 62%.
