摘要
HVAC产品的薄板钢件在喷涂前需要进行表面清理,由于此类工件在外力作用下容易发生变形,以往主要通过酸洗磷化或人工喷砂进行,但酸洗磷化因存在严重污染环境问题受到严格限制,人工喷砂则劳动强度大、工作环境差、效率低下。本文介绍了一种取代上述工艺的方法,即将常用于厚壁工件的"抛丸清理"针对薄板件的特点加以综合考虑和改造扩展,从而实现对薄板件的环保、高效、轻松清理。本文重点阐述了该工艺的基本原理、研究目标、系统配置、参数选择、优缺点等方面的内容。
Surface cleaning is required for the sheet steel parts of HVAC products before coating. As the parts are easily deformed under external force, cleaning is generally carried out by acid- phosphate treatment or artificial sand blasting. However, acid- phosphate treatment is severely restricted due to serious environmental pollution problems it caused, and artificial sand blasting has the disadvantages of high labor intensity, poor working conditions and low efficiency. Here introduces a method to replace the above process, that is, shot blasting, which is often used for the thick wall parts. By the comprehensive consideration and reconstruction aimed at the features of the sheet steel parts, shot blasting is used in order to realize environmental protection, high efficiency and easy cleaning. The basic principle, research project, system configuration, process parameters, advantages and disadvantages of the method are elaborated in this paper.
