摘要 本文的研究对象是由3MCL606与3MCL607压缩机组成的氨气压缩机组。在氨气压缩机生产运行过程中,出现压缩机出口温度过高及进口分离器液位升高等问题。鉴于厂房与设备布局等客观因素限制,经研究论证,提出了加装后置冷却器以降低排气温度和降低功率的方案。改造后压缩机四段出口压力降低,转速降低,蒸汽消耗量降低,提高了整个氨气压缩机组的稳定性与经济性。本文的优化方案也为其他类型的氨气压缩机组提供了相应的借鉴。 During the operation of the ammonia compressor unit,which is composed of 3 MCL606 and 3 MCL607 centrifugal compressors,the compressors outlet temperature is too high and the inlet separator liquid level rises.Because of the equipment layout and other objective factors,the plan of installing a rear cooler to reduce the exhaust temperature and reduce the power is put forward.After the transformation as the plan,the outlet pressure on the fourth stage of ammonia compressor is reduced,the rotate speed is reduced,the steam flow is also reduced that the stability and economy of ammonia compressor unit is improved.The optimization method of this paper also provides a reference for other types of ammonia compressor units.
