摘要
用四氧嘧啶造成大鼠胰岛β细胞损伤,待缓解后再次给予相同剂量的四氧嘧啶,第2次注射引起的损伤反应均较第1次为轻,表明β细胞存在适应性保护作用。免疫组化方法显示,缓解后大鼠胰岛内生长抑素分泌细胞的数目与胰岛细胞总数的比值增加,提示生长抑素可能参与β细胞适应性细胞保护作用。
Serious diabetes was induced by first injection of alloxan in rats and it spontaneously recoveredin 4 weeks. Thereafter, a second injection was given with the same dose. The reactions to the secondinjection were significantly reduced as compared with those of the first injection. Immunohistochemi-cal study showed that in recovered islets the proportion of D cells to total islet cells was higher thanthat in control, it suggests that somatostatin might have mediated the adaptive cytoprotection ofpancreatic islet βcells,
