摘要
黄原胶是由野油菜黄单胞菌发酵产生的一种生物大分子多糖,因其具有安全无毒、无可降解、高稳定性及独特的流变性等优良特性,在食品、日用化工、石油、医药等领域应用广泛。本文主要对介绍了黄原胶的性质,并对其近年来在医药领域的研究进展进行综述。
Xanthan gum is a biomacromoleculepolysaccharide produced from the fermentation of Xanthomonas campestris.It is widelyused in food, cosmetic,oil, pharmaceuticalindustryand other fieldsdue to its excellent characteristics,such as safety and nontoxicity, degradability, high stability and unique rheological property,etc. In this review, properties andresearch advances of xanthan gum in medicinehas been discussed.
