摘要
为了在机上采集并实时解析复杂结构ARINC664总线数据,将关键参数遥测到地面监控大厅,针对ARINC664总线的机载实时采集、参数解析、数据共享等特殊测试需求,研究了ARINC664总线数据结构,提出了一种基于数据源属性的ARINC664总线参数重构方法,设计了重构软件流程,实现了ARINC664总线参数的提取、排序、合并与拆分、标识等。飞行试验结果表明,所提出的技术方法能有效解决ARINC664总线试飞测试难题,满足了C919飞机航电总线的测试需求。
In order to collect and analyze in real-time the data of ARINC664 bus with complex structure on board,the key parameters are telemetered to the ground monitoring hall.Aiming at the special test requirements of ARINC664 bus,such as airborne real-time acquisition,parameter analysis,data sharing,etc,the data structure of ARINC664 bus is studied,and a parameter reconstruction method of ARINC 664 bus based on data source attributes is proposed.By designing the reconstruction software process,the extracting,sorting,merging and splitting,identification of ARINC664 bus parameter test ICD are realized.The flight test results show that the proposed technical method can effectively solve the difficult problems of ARINC664 bus flight test,meet the test requirements of avionics bus of C919 aircraft.
