摘要
异龙湖淡水藻类共4门36种,其中包括蓝藻门11种,绿藻门17种,裸藻门1种,硅藻门7种。水体藻类密度极高,在200×104~450×104cell/L间。其中拟柱胞藻(Cylindrospermopsis raciborskii)为优势种,形成水华,为水华藻种。水华藻拟柱胞藻藻细胞密度与p H值呈正相关关系,可能与其在繁殖生长中会分泌生物碱,使水体p H值升高有关。异龙湖水体藻类密度空间分布呈西部较高,东部较低的特征,主要受人类活动排放的污染物影响。
A total of 4 phylum, 36 population of Phytoplankton were identified,including 11 population of Cyanophyta, 17 population of Chlorophyta, 1 population of Euglenophyta, 7 population of Bacillariophyta. Density of Phytoplankton Popula-tion in Yilong Lake changed from 20 million cell/L to 45 million cell/L. Cylindrospermopsis raciborskii was the dominant specie, forming the algal bloom. Density of Cylindrospermopsis raciborskii was associated with p H. Cylindrospermopsis raciborskii should secrete the alkaloid to increased the value of p H. Distribute of phytoplankton population in Yilong Lake was higher in the west of the lake, and lower in the east of the lake, affected by the pollutant emissions from human activities.
