摘要
为了探索高本底辐射对土壤微生物群落的影响。研究采用Biolog-Eco生态板法对广东阳江高本底辐射区及周边正常本底辐射地区的土壤微生物群落功能代谢进行了调查。通过对不同本底辐射样品土壤微生物群落平均颜色变化率(AWCD)、碳源利用类型、微生物群落多样性的差异分析,主成分分析及土壤理化性质与微生物群落代谢特征相关性分析。分析表明,尽管各样品间AWCD变化差异显著,但土壤微生物群落代谢特征与辐射背景的高低间无明显变化规律。相关性分析表明,微生物代谢特征与本底辐射强度呈现中度或弱相关,但相关性均不显著,两者间无统计学意义,说明高本底辐射对土壤微生物群落分布影响极小或无影响。
To explore the effect of high background radiation on the soil microbial community,Biolog-Eco method was employed to investigate metabolic characteristics of soil microbial communities under different background radiation around Yangjiang.By determining variation of average-well-color-development(AWCD) ,utilizing types of carbon sources and diversity of microbial communities,analysis of principal component and correlation between soil properties and metabolic characteristics was carried out then.Results displayed that AWCD were significantly different,which could be classed into three types,but no clue were obtained that high level background radiation resulted in alteration of AWCD,utilizing types of carbon source and soil microbial diversities.Though metabolic characteristics of soil microbial communities exhibited general or weak relevance with the background radiation,there was no statistical significance.It indicated there were small or not effect of the high background radiation on soil microbial communities.
