摘要
通过3个阶段的实验,第一阶段采用IC厌氧反应器做为产氢反应器的启动过程中,确定了葡萄糖进水COD为2 000 mg/L时,最佳水力停留时间为6 h。COD去除率达到34%,氢气产量达到8 L/d。第二阶段产氢产甲烷反应器的启动,产氢反应器COD去除率为31%~34%,氢气产量7.5~8 L/d,产甲烷反应器的COD去除率为83%~86%。最大比产甲烷活性493~504 m L/(g·d)。实现了同时产氢和产甲烷,达到了能源的最大产出,提高了废水处理效果,具有重要的现实意义。第三阶段稀土元素对产氢产甲烷反应器的促进作用表现在对产甲烷菌的促进,当La3+浓度为0.3 mg/L时,此时产甲烷反应器COD去除率达到最大值92%,比产甲烷活性达到520 m L/(g·d);对产氢反应器的作用不大。稀土元素进一步提高了废水处理效果和产甲烷量,将其用在废水处理中是可行并且有效的。
The experiment had three stages. At the first phase, using internal circulation anaerobic reactor as hydrogen pro-duction reactor, when the influent COD was 2 000 mg/L, the best hydraulic retention time( HRT) is 6 hours, COD removal reached 34%, hydrogen production volume reached 8 L/d. At the second phase, the experiment of startup of Production of hydrogen and methane reactor. during this stage, COD removal ratio reached 31%~34% at hydrogen production reactor, hydrogen production volume reached 7.5~8 L/d, COD removal ratio reached 83%~86% at production of hydrogen and methane reactor, specific methanogenic activity reached 493~504 m L/(g·d). Not only reached the maximum energy production, but also improved the wastewater treatment effect, production of hydrogen and methane reactor has important practical signifi-cance. At the third phase, research of promoting effect of the rare earth element on production of hydrogen and methane anaerobic reactor.The promoting effect mainly for methanogens. When the La3+concentration was 0.3 mg/L,reached the maximum removal of COD and specific methanogenic activity, was 92% and 520 m L/(g·d). The rare earth element had little influence on the hydrogen production reactor. The rare earth element had further improvement on wastewater treatment and production of methane, the rare earth element has great potential in the field of wastewater treatment.
