摘要
以宁绍平原汤浦水库为研究对象,采用火焰原子吸收法对库区沉积物中Fe、Mn的垂向分布进行测定并采用地累积指数法对Mn的污染状况进行评价。结果表明,汤浦水库9个样点沉积物中,Fe、Mn含量分别为486.25~3 522.4 mg/kg、809.67~1 365.49 mg/kg。垂直剖面上,沉积物中Fe、Mn总体表现为表层富集的特性,即在表层含量最高,随着沉积物深度增加含量逐渐降低,到一定深度后含量保持稳定。水库沉积物中Mn高于浙江省宁绍平原土壤背景值,地累积指数法评价结果显示其为轻度污染水平,需要采取措施防止水体二次污染,保障水库水质安全。
Total contents of Fe and Mn of vertical distribution in sediments of Tangpu Reservoir, which located in Ning Shao Plain, were measured with the method of Flame atomic absorption, Cumulative index method was used to evaluated the pollution of Mn. Results showed that contents of Fe and Mn in sediments of 9 samples were 486.25~3 522.4 mg/kg 、809.67~1 365.49 mg/kg respectively, Fe and Mn in sediments were characterized by surface enrichment in vertical section, which meant contents of Fe and Mn were the highest in the surface layer, and reduced gradually with the increase depth of the sedi-ment to a remained stable in certain depth. The concentration of Mn in sediment from the reservoir was higher than back-ground soil of Ning Shao Plain in Zhejiang Province, Consequences of the cumulative exponential method revealed that Mn was slightly polluted in the reservoir sediments. It is essential to take measures to prevent secondary heavy metal pollution of water from sediment, which ensure the safety of water quality from reservoir.
