摘要
利用高强度的竹材作为表面层,巨尾桉单板为基材进行复合制备竹桉复合地板;采用正交试验设计,探讨较佳工艺参数。试验在综合考虑复合地板的吸水厚度膨胀率及其力学性能的基础上,获得较佳工艺参数为:施胶量160 g·m-2、热压温度145℃、热压时间0.8 min·mm-1、热压压力3.4 MPa。研究结果对竹桉复合地板的生产具有一定的指导作用。
Eucalyptus-bamboo composite flooring was prepared by using high strength bamboo as surface layer and Eucalyptus grandis×urophylla veneer as floor substrate.The optimum technological parameters were discussed by orthogonal design.Based on the comprehensive consideration of the water absorption thickness expansion rate and mechanical properties of composite floor,the optimum technological parameters were obtained as follows:sizing capacity 160 g·m-2,hot pressing temperature 145℃,hot pressing time 0.8 min·mm-1 and hot pressing pressure 3.4 MPa.The research results should have a certain guiding role for the production of bamboo-Eucalyptus composite floor.
