摘要
对于机翼参数化建模方法,利用Visual Basic进行CATIA二次开发,实现机翼的外形参数化建模。本文着重对基于CST的翼型参数化建模方法进行了研究,在生成的界面中输入相应设计参数:根弦长、翼展、前缘后掠角、后缘后掠角、翼型数据文件和翼型参数,如控制点处翼型上下表面相对厚度等。通过运行编写的Visual Basic的程序,自动在CATIA中生成机翼外形模型,从而实现了机翼模型的快速自动生成和修改,为CFD软件进行机翼气动分析和对机翼与翼型进行气动外形优化提供模型。
Aimed at developing an approach for the parametric design of aircraft's wing modeling,the API in CATIA with Visual Basic is presented. This article is focused on the study of the airfoil parametric design using the CST method. The wing design parameters are the wing root chord length,wing span,wing leading edge sweeping angle,wing trailing edge sweeping angle and the data document of the airfoil to be imported or the airfoil parameters like the thickness of the airfoil at the control points. By giving these parameters with the Visual Basic program,the modeling of the wing will be generated in CATIA. So the parametric modeling method can simplify the modeling procedure in order to provide the model for the CFD aerodynamic analysis and the aerodynamic optimization both on wing shape and on the airfoil shape.
