摘要
为研究换热器结垢对于飞机空调性能的影响,并得出规律及结论,搭建了换热器性能试验台,包括高压引气单元、冲压空气单元、换热器连接单元、测控系统等。该试验台试验了飞机制冷系统初级散热过程,通过干净及结垢换热器的试验对比结果,从换热及阻力特性两方面得出换热器结垢影响的相应规律:换热器冷边流量越大,结垢对于换热器换热特性影响越小;换热器冷边流量越大,结垢对于换热器阻力特性影响越大。与理论分析相符,表明了试验的有效性。
When the air conditioning refrigeration system of Chinese civil aviation enters the summer time,the heat exchanger fouling often causes air conditioning failure,which affects normal flight. In order to study the influence of heat exchanger fouling on aircraft air conditioning performance and obtain the reliable lawand conclusion,a heat exchanger performance experimental platform is set up,which includes high pressure air guide unit,ram air unit,heat exchanger connecting unit,measurement and control system. This experimental platform tests the primary cooling process of aircraft refrigeration system. By comparing the experimental results of clean and fouling heat exchangers,the lawof fouling influence of the heat exchanger on the Air conditioning is concluded from two aspects: heat transfer and resistance characteristics.
