摘要
氧枪吹氧系统作为转炉炼钢的主要设备,其吹氧的准确性、快速性对转炉生产有着重要意义。开氧阶段(氧枪吹氧前期)氧气控制为转炉吹氧的难点,其好坏对提高吹氧点吹率,降低钢渣中的铁含量,减少非正常提枪次数都有重要意义。本文通过对转炉吹氧数据分析提出了一种转炉快速开氧方法,能较好地控制开氧阶段氧气量。
The blowing oxygen System of oxygen lance is the main equipment of converter steelmaking, its oxygen blowing accuracy and fast in the converter production is of great significance. Oxygen opening stage(pre-oxygen) for the converter oxygen blowing difficult, its good or bad to improve the blowing oxygen blowing rate, reduce the iron content in steel slag, reduce the number of abnormal guns are important. In this paper, a rapid oxygen evolution method is proposed to analyze the oxygen content in the oxygen opening stage.
