摘要
提升文化产业发展质量依赖于培育和弘扬文化制造业的'工匠精神'。文化制造业的'工匠精神'内核体现在别具一格、追求奇巧的信念、精雕细磨的功夫、精益求精的精神、质量与服务并重的追求等方面;而形成文化制造业'工匠精神'的机制是严格的质量管理,规范的生产作业,激励机制,专业技能的培训,交叉、融合和创新的文化。
Improving the quality of cultural industry depends on cultivating and carrying forward the craftsman spirit of cultural manufacturing industry.The'craftsman spirit'in cultural manufacturing industry is embodied in its unique core,the pursuit of ingenious belief,the careful grinding,the spirit of excellence,emphasis on both quality and service,and the mechanism of forming the'craftsman spirit'of cultural manufacturing industry is the culture of strict quality management,standardized production operation,incentive mechanism,training of professional skills,intersection,integration and innovation.
