摘要
对粉煤灰改良红黏土进行了研究,先以红黏土为原材料,用粉煤灰对其进行改良,以强度及含水量作为检测对象,通过无侧限抗压强度试验研究改良后的红黏土的强度,通过水稳定性试验研究改良后的红黏土的含水量,检测结果表明:当红黏土掺加10%的粉煤灰时,表现出最佳的无侧限抗压强度和水稳定性。选择普通硅酸盐水泥、粉煤灰、CTD溶液作为原材料,针对不同混合比下固化土通过单掺与复掺的方式,对其塑性指数、抗剪强度,最大干密度进行了分析,结果表明总掺量10%复掺组合,相比于单掺普通硅酸盐水泥、粉煤灰的固化土强度,经同比例CTD溶液改良后的固化土强度更高,是其1.2倍,抗剪强度显著提升,能够使水泥粉煤灰固化土强度得以有效改善。
It mainly studies the modified red clay of fly ash.Firstly,the red clay is used as the raw material,and it is improved by fly ash.The strength and water content are used as the test objects,and the improvement by unconfined compressive strength test is studied.After the strength of the red clay,the water content of the modified red clay was studied by water stability test.The test results showed that the best unconfined compressive strength and water stability was obtained when the red clay was mixed with 10%fly ash.The ordinary Portland cement,fly ash and CTD solution were selected as raw materials.The plasticity index,shear strength and maximum dry density of the solidified soil under different mixing ratios were analyzed by single and complex mixing.The results show that the strength of the solidified soil after the improvement of the same ratio of the CTD solution is 1.2 times higher than the solidified soil strength of the ordinary mixed Portland cement and fly ash.The shear strength is significantly improved,which can effectively improve the strength of the cement fly ash solidified soil.
