摘要
利用高温高压反应釜进行腐蚀模拟试验,采用失重法、SEM和XRD等手段研究了温度对N80钢在4MPaCO2分压下CO2腐蚀行为的影响。试验结果表明:N80钢在4 MPa CO2分压下腐蚀较为严重。在温度较低时,腐蚀产物晶粒粗大且堆垛比较疏松,对基体保护性较差;随温度升高,腐蚀产物膜变得致密稳定,腐蚀速率显著降低,腐蚀特征由局部腐蚀转变为全面腐蚀。
The effect of temperature on CO2 corrosion behavior of N80 steel under high CO2 partial pressure was studied by autoclave test,together with weight loss method,SEM,and XRD.The results showed that the corrosion of N80 steel was serious under high CO2 partial pressure.At lower temperature,the corrosion product was shown loose with coarse grains and had poor protection to the steel substrate.As temperature rose,the corrosion product film became more dense and stationary with a significantly decreased corrosion rate,and corrosion characteristics were transformed from localized corrosion to general corrosion.
