摘要
目的:强化医疗机构内部科学管理,以降低医疗服务的运作成本,提高工作效率和服务质量。方法:运用网络管理手段,在门诊药房实行三级管理责任制,划定完成任务的标准和相应的责任,由单一金额式手工盘存方式完全过渡到标准化自动盘存方式。结果:提高了药房工作效率和员工业务素质,减化了就医环节,节省了病人取药时间,有效地防范了不规范医疗行为的发生。结论:电脑网络技术应用于药品管理,前途广阔,为今后药学服务模式转变奠定了坚实的基础。
Objective To reduce the operation cost of medical service and increase the efficiency and quality of service by strengthening inner scientific management of medical institute. Methods To carry out three levels management responsibility system in clinic drug storeroom by network management method, and define the standard of completed assignment and corresponding responsibility, and change from single cash manual inventory to standard automatic inventory. Results To increase work efficiency of dispensary, the professional quality of staffs and to reduce the procession of clinical visit, save the time of fetching drugs of patient, and avoid effectively malpractice. Conclusion The technique of computer network applied into drug management has a wide prospect and lay down a solid foundation for the transformation of medication service model.
