摘要
]教学激励论是用激励的规律和原理 ,全面、系统地研究教学激励现象 ,探讨教学激励问题 ,揭示教学激励规律 ,指导教师进行教学激励实践的一门亟待创建的边缘学科。它同其它学科一样 ,有自己的研究对象和研究任务 ,是一门理论性与应用性相统一 ,多学科交叉的社会学科。深入研究教学激励论是时代发展的需要 。
The theory of stimulation in teaching is a borderline subject needing to be established urgently, which studies the phenomenon of the stimulation in teaching ystemetiauy and wholy, argues about the stimulation in teaching, discloses its rule and instruct teacher in the stimulation practice in teaching by using the rules and theories of stimulations. Like other subjects, it is a subject-bounded social subjects, which is a unity of the theory and the practice, having its own study object and study target. It is the necessity of our time and the consequence of the improvement of the the teaching theories to study the theory deeply.
