摘要
板深35井是大港油田一口重点超深预探井,完钻井深5095m,该井钻探目的是预探板中地区含油气情况。针对所钻地层造浆性强、井壁坍塌严重的特点,介绍了该井不同井段钻井液的配方,上部地层选用了聚合物钻井液体系,下部地层选用硅基钻井液体系,并制定了相应的技术措施。现场应用结果表明,聚合物钻井液体系抑制能力、携砂能力强,硅基钻井液体系具有较强的抗温性、润滑性,满足了板深35井钻井施工的要求。
Well Banshen-35' is an important deep exploration well of Dagang Oilfield, with a TOD of 5095 m, the formations drilled encountered serious mud making and hole collapse. Different systems and their formulations for different sections in this well were used. Polymer mud was used in the 444. 5 mm hole, and silicon based mud was used in the 311. 1 mm hole. Field application showed the good inhibition and cutting transportation capacity of polymer mud, and better high-temperature resistance and lubricity of the silicon-based system.
