摘要
为了从经济学的角度揭示安全投入与经济效益的关系,以某地企业安全生产调查数据为基础,利用最小二乘法原理对安全投入与主要安全指标间的函数关系进行回归分析,建立安全投入与主要安全指标之间的函数关系式;在设定条件下,以最大经济效益为目标,定量分析最佳安全投资点,并确定合理的安全控制策略,研究结果对更好地认识安全投入与经济效益的关系以及制定有效的宏观安全调控策略具有参考意义。
In order to study the relationship between safety investment and economic benefit, the data is analyzed based on economic aspect, and principle of least square method is used to analyze the function relation between safety investment and core safety indexes and the function equations between enterprise safety investment and economic benefit are determined; To quantitatively analyse the optimal safety investment point according to the assumptions reasonable safety control strategy is determined and the research result has reference value for macro-safety control.
