摘要 研究混凝土灌注桩后压浆关键技术及承载力试验的分析.本文通过工程实例,分别从施工工艺、后压浆注浆量的控制;提高后压浆效果的措施、单桩静载承载力沉降曲线和通过桩身内力分析等5个方面的技术研究.得出了桩侧阻力和桩端阻力的发挥效果.根据静载试验结果桩的实际承载能力高于规范的桩侧阻、端阻增强系数的上限进行计算的估算值.在设计中后注浆工艺的混凝土灌注桩,考虑桩端和桩侧的承载力很高,应验算桩身混凝土强度,使桩身强度满足竖向承载力要求. In order to analyze the key technology and the bearing capacity test for post-grouting concrete filling pile, and based on an actual project case, this paper discussed the technology respectively from the post-grouting construction technology, controlling of grouting quantity, measures to improve the effect of post-grouting, the bearing capacity of single pile static loading settlement curve and internal force of pile. The real effect of pile side resistance and pile end resistance were obtained. The results of static loading test show that the actual bearing capacity is more than the estimated value of computing with the highest enhancement factor in code. The higher pile side resistance and pile end resistance in designing of post-grouting concrete filling pile should be chosen, and the concrete strength of pile should be checked to make the strength of pile to meet the requirement of vertical bearing capacity.
