Strata behavior characteristics of extra contiguous seams with repeated mining

摘要 为深入研究极近距离煤层重复采动矿压显现规律,以六家煤矿SⅡN26-7工作面为研究对象,采用数值模拟、相似材料模拟试验和现场监测的方法,对围岩应力、覆岩运动规律、工作面超前采动影响范围进行分析.研究结果表明:在上部6-6煤层开采的影响下,SⅡN26-7工作面超前支承压力峰值降低了7 MPa;顶板初次垮落步距和周期来压步距与开采6-6煤层相比减小了13.5 m和7.3 m,应力峰值距煤壁距离减小了4 m,应力集中系数降低了0.5;工作面超前采动影响范围为35 m;极近距离煤层重复采动,工作面超前支承压力、顶板来压步距均有降低,矿压显现强度有所减弱. In order to obtain strata behavior characteristics of extra contiguous seams with repeated mining, the SⅡN26-7 panel of Liujia coal mine was studied. The surrounding rock stress, overlying strata movement regularity and advanced mining influence scope were analyzed by using the methods of numerical simulation, similar material simulation experiment and field monitoring. The results shows that the advanced abutment pressure of SⅡN26-7 panel decreases by 7 MPa after the upper 6-6 coal seam mined; compared with 6-6 coal seam, initial caving length and periodic weighting length of the roof decreases by13.5 m and 7.3 m respectively, the distance between peak stress and coal wall decreases by 4 m, and stress concentration factor decreases by 0.5; the influence scope of advanced abutment pressure is 35 m. As a result of repeated mining, advanced abutment pressure, and roof weighting length are both decreased, and the strata behavior strength weakens to some extent.
