摘要
为科学合理地评价露天开采对气体环境造成的影响,根据"绿色度"理论,提出基于可拓物元模型的露天煤矿气体环境"绿色度"评价体系.通过理论分析,选取5个层面14项指标作为露天煤矿气体环境"绿色度"评价指标,建立可拓物元模型,计算关联度矩阵;引入博弈论,结合3标度层次分析法与熵权法确定评价指标权重;根据"绿色度"对评价等级的关联度确定待评矿山气体环境"绿色度"等级,并通过级别变量特征值反映"绿色度"等级波动的可能性.研究结果表明:该方法计算简便,能够合理评价露天煤矿开采与气体环境的协调关系,并可准确评判其"绿色度"等级的波动趋势,为矿山调整生产策略提供理论依据和方法支撑.运用该方法对某露天煤矿气体环境绿色度进行评价,得出露天煤矿气体环境绿色度0.780,评定为II级,但有向III级波动的可能;通过调整开采工艺及开采程序等措施,其气体环境绿色度可以提升为I级.
In order to evaluate the effect of open-pit mining on atmosphere scientifically and reasonably, evaluation system of "coordination degree between mine and environment", which based on matter-element model of extenics, was put forward. Considering environment protecting and engineering status, evaluation indexes of coordination degree between mine and atmosphere of open-pit mine based on the substantial 14 indexes at 5 levels were chosen through theoretical analysis. Scoring the awaiting evaluation mine based on grade division of the evaluation system, matter-element model of extenics was constructed and the correlation degrees matrix was calculated. Entropy weight of indexes was identified by the game theory combined with application of three-degree analytical hierarchy process and entropy weight. The level of "coordination degree between mine and environment" was identified based on the correlation degrees between "coordination degree between mine and environment" and each evaluation level. Meanwhile, the fluctuant possibility of "coordination degree between mine and environment" was identified by the eigenvalues of grade variables. The results show that in term of calculation, this method described hereinbefore is simple. It evaluates the "coordination degree between mine and environment" reasonably and reflects the fluctuant possibility of "coordination degree between mine and environment" precisely, which provides theoretical basis and method support for mine to adjust production strategy. Using this method on the evaluation of coordination degree between mine and atmosphere in an open-pit mine, the degree of this mine is assess as 0.780 and classified as Class II. However it has the possibility to transform to Class III, the coordination degree between mine and atmosphere in an open-pit mine can increase to Class I by adjusting the mining technology and mining program and other measures.
