摘要
超低排放的烟气监测,随着排放物浓度的大幅降低,烟气一般经湿法脱硫后呈现出低温、高湿、低SO_2等特点,对便携式SO_2/NOx烟气分析仪灵敏度、检测限、准确度等指标提出了更高的要求。本文针对目前常见的便携式烟气分析仪,对市场上常见的定电位电解法、红外法、紫外法等便携式烟气分析仪的分析原理、特点、局限性、及在实际应用过程存在的问题予以综述。并从提高超低排放烟气分析质量入手,对如何选型、如何正确操作等提出了相关建议。
Ultra lower emission flue gas monitoring leads to higher requirements of portable SO2/NOx flue gas analyzer.Focusing on portable flue gas analyzers popular used in market,this paper summarized the analytical mechanisms,characteristics,shortcomings,advantages and practical applicaition problems based on electrochemical/IR/UV methods.Suggestions were put forward for selecting suitable portable analyzers to monitor SO2/NOx under ultra lower emission,and correctly operating these analyzers.
