摘要
采用高效液相色谱内标法测定二氯甲烷/环己烷提取塑料中的芥酸酰胺含量,芥酸酰胺在25~250mg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数R=0.9998,检出限0.2mg/L,定量限1mg/L,加标回收率98.56%~103.17%,相对标准偏差0.4%~1.4%。对镀铝的聚丙烯薄膜,二氯甲烷/环己烷的提取效果优于甲醇和二甲苯。从计算结果上,内标法优于用响应因子计算的含量。通过对比几个芥酸酰胺检测标准,反应出我国标准重复交叉,发展包容性更强的质量安全检验检测标准是未来的发展趋势。
Erucamide showed a good linearity in the range of 25—250 mg/L with the correlation coefficient R=0.9998.The detection limit was 0.2 mg/L and the quantitative limit was 1 mg/L.The spiked recoveries were in the range of 98.56%—103.17% with relative standard deviations of 0.4%—1.4%.The extraction efficiency of dichloromethane/cyclohexane on aluminum-coated polypropylene film was better than that of methanol and xylene.The results based on the internal standard method were superior to the results calculated by response factor.By comparing several standard methods for erucamide determination,it could be seen that some Chinese standard methods were repeated or overlapped,which should be improved.
