摘要
建立了同时测定环境水样中5种形态硒(硒酸根、亚硒酸根、硒代胱氨酸、甲基-硒代半胱氨酸和硒代蛋氨酸)的HPLC-ICP-MS分析方法。样品经0.22μm滤膜过滤后直接注入C8柱,以0.1%七氟丁酸-20mmol/L磷酸二氢钾-5%甲醇混合溶液为流动相,1.2mL/min流速进行等度洗脱,后由带碰撞池的电感耦合等离子体质谱仪进行定量分析。5种形态硒在10min内可实现完全分离,方法检出限为0.07~0.23μg/L;在低、中、高的3个添加水平的平均回收率范围为76.1%~93.1%,精密度测定范围为1.6%~13.6%(n=6)。本法快速、准确、灵敏度高,精密度好,适用于环境水样中硒的形态分析。
Filtered by 0.22μm filter membrance,water samples were directly separated by C8 chromatographic column using 0.1% heptafluorobutyric anhydride,20 mmol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate and 5% methanol as mobile phases with flow rate of 1.2 mL/min.ICP-MS coupled CCT technology was applied for quantitive analysis.Five selenium species(selenate,selenite,selenocystine,se-(Methyl)selenocysteine and selenomethionine)were completely separated within 10 min.The determination limits were0.07-0.23μg/L,the average recoveries were 76.1%-93.1%,and the precision ranges were 1.6%-13.6%(n=6).The method is rapid,accurate,sensitive,stable,and suitable for the determination of five selenium species in environmental water samples.
