摘要
采用连续浸提法研究油菜体内铜和锌的化学形态。在幼苗期,各种化学形态的铜和锌主要在地下部积累,向地上部的转运相对较少。铜在幼苗体内以活性较强的水溶态和醇溶态为主,锌在幼苗体内以活性较低的酸溶态和残留态为主。在成熟期,锌仍然是以活性较低的酸溶态和残留态含量相对较高,在植株体内的相互转运较弱。根和种子中各种化学形态的铜和锌的含量高于叶和荚壳,说明在成熟期。
Sequential extraction method was used to study chemical forms of copper and zinc in rape. In seedling stage of rape, the contents of all chemical forms of copper and zinc were higher in roots than that in shoots. Comparing different chemical forms of copper, the results were shown that the contents of water soluble form of copper≥residual form>ethanol soluble form>acid soluble form, but the chemical form of zinc was mainly acid soluble form which hardly transferred in rape. In mature period of rape, beside ethanol soluble forms of zinc, the contents of the other chemical forms of zinc was higher than that of the chemical forms of copper. The contents of different forms of copper and zinc were higher in roots and seeds than that in leaves and pods, it was indicated that there was trend of accumulation of copper and zinc in seeds. However, copper was still mainly existed in water soluble form, but zinc was existed mainly in acid soluble forms in parts of rape.
