摘要
商贸物流配送是物流体系中最具活力的组成部分,是商贸流通的一种现代组织形式,代表了现代市场营销的主方向。商贸物流配送体系从配送的组织系统讲,主要包括作业系统和信息系统,二者融为一体,而物流配送组织系统的构建又要以科学的理论为指导。现代商贸物流配送组织体系的理论依据主要包括系统理论和供应链理论。商贸物流配送组织体系框架由物流作业系统和物流信息系统两个分系统组成。
Commerce & trade logistics distribution is the most vibrant component of logistics system. It is a kind of modern organizational form of commerce & trade circulation which also represents the main orientation of modern marketing. On the point of organizational system of distribution the commerce & trade logistics mainly comprises two indiscerptible aspects--operation system and information system. To construct the organizational system of logistics distribution we need guidance of scientific theory.The theoretical foundations of organizational system of modern commerce & trade logistics distribution can included two aspects systematic theory and supply chain theory. The two subsystems which constitute the organizational framework of commerce & trade logistics distribution are'logistics operation system' and 'logistics information system'.
