摘要
开发了1种新型的基于TiO2-CdSe电化学发光传感平台用于检测稀土Eu3+的含量.采用紫外-可见吸收和荧光光谱研究了其光学性质,并研究了当鲁米诺存在的情况下,该传感平台的阳极电化学发光(ECL)行为.实验结果表明,稀土Eu3+对该体系ECL强度有很强的增敏作用,ECL信号强度与稀土Eu3+的浓度成线性关系,据此建立了1种高灵敏度的测定稀土Eu3+的电化学发光新方法.
In this work,a new Eu3+ECL biosensor based on TiO2-CdSe platform was prepared.The optical properties were studied by UV-Vis absorption and PL.Electrochemiluminescence behavior was studied in(pH=11)PBS containing luminal solution.The results showed that rare-earth Eu3+can enhance the ECL intensity of the luminal-TiO2-CdSe system.The ECL signal intensity depends linearly on the concentration of potency of rare-earth Eu3+.A novel electrochemical luminescence method with high sensitivity for the determination of rare-earth Eu3+was developed.
