摘要
通过对自动验布机疵点标记装置的改造,指出自动验布机在生产实践中比人工验布机能大大提高生产效率和成品布面质量,其维护和各种参数文件的对应调整非常重要。从3个方面分析了自动验布机在国内棉纺织厂应用的局限性。
Through the modification of the defect marking device of the auto perching machine,conclusion is made that the auto perching machine can markedly increase productivity and surface quality of cloth in production against the manual device.Maintenance and specification adjustment are important to the machine,yet some limitation of application of the perching machine is exposed.
