摘要 为提高锭杆的制造质量和生产水平,分析锭杆直线度误差产生的工序及原因,介绍锭杆直线度误差的检测方法及降低误差的措施。指出:锭子是纺纱机械的重要专件,其锭杆直线度误差对纺纱质量、生产效率及锭子的使用寿命影响较大;锭杆直线度误差通常在毛坯成型、热处理和校直工序产生,在热轧毛坯、车削锭杆、热处理和人工校直工序采取措施降低。 In order to improve the manufacturing quality and production level of spindle blade,the process and causes of the straightness error of spindle blade are analyzed,and the detection method of the straightness error of spindle blade and the measures to reduce the code error are introduced.It is pointed out that spindle is an important special part of spinning frame,and the straightness error of spindle blade has great influence on spinning quality,production efficiency and service life of spindle;the straightness error of spindle blade usually occurs in the process of blank forming,heat treatment and straightening,and measures are taken to reduce the straightness error in hot-rolled blank,turning spindle blade,heat treatment and manual straightening.
