摘要
用病毒与金黄色葡葡球菌协同凝集法(Virus-Staphylococcus coagglutination test,简称SA-test)对我国一些主要的和一些有检疫重要性的植物病毒(共10种)进行了检测,并同酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)进行了平行比较,发现SA-test的检测灵敏度可达ng水平,一般与ELISA相同或仅相差10~100倍,其检测时间仅为1~2分钟。
Virus-Staphylococcus coagglutination test ( SA-test ) was used to detect 10 species of plant viruses, some of them are subjected to quarantine in China. It was found that the sensitivity of SA-test could reach ng/ml level, for some viruses tested, was equivalent to that of ELISA, for others 10-100 times lower than ELISA. The SA-test, however, is simpler, faster, and more convenient than ELISA, and is practical for the rapid diagnosis of a large number of samples.
