摘要
应用酶谱法 ,比较观察了药物流产和人工流产妇女子宫蜕膜及绒毛组织中基质金属蛋白酶 (MMPs)酶谱及其活性变化 ,旨在观察米非司酮对子宫内 MMPs表达的影响。实验结果表明 ,药物流产组子宫蜕膜及绒毛组织内 MMPs活性明显高于人工流产组 ,提示米非司酮可能通过竞争结合孕激素受体 ,间接增强 MMPs的表达 ,引起流产。
The zymogram and activity of matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) in the deciduas and villi of women with medical abortion and artificial abortion was observed by zymograph on SDS PAGE containing gelatin to observe the influence of mifepristone on the MMPs expression. The results displayed that the activity of MMPs in the mifepristone group was increased significantly as compared with that in the control group. It suggests that mifepristone may indirectly enhance the activity of MMPs by competitively binding with progesterone receptor to cause abortion.
