摘要
本文采用RNGk-ε模型对旋喷结合分解炉内的气相流场进行了数值模拟,通过改变分解炉的中部缩口尺寸、上部柱体尺寸和下部柱体尺寸的结构参数以及入口气流的流速,在不同的条件下得到了炉内的流场分布情况,并进行了比较和分析,为分解炉的结构优化设计提供了参考依据。
Numerical modelling is made on gas fluidity in swirl-spout precalciner by using RNG k-ε model. Through changing structural parameters of middle shrink upper and lower cylinder of precalciner flow speed of inlet gas gas flow distribution is obtained in different conditions. Comparison and analysis is also made which should make it possible to provide a reference on optimal design of precalciner structure.
